30 Rock is an outstanding new comedy. It has cleaned up at all the actors recognition presentations this year. As seen by Tina Fey winning best actress in a comedy at the 2008 screen actors guild award. It has a great cast such as that of Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey from Saturday night live. Its a refreshing comedy which we needed, even funnier than two and a half men.
Alec Baldwin also won the best actor in a comedy award. There are some sites allowing preview and short clip downloads of the episodes of 30 rock on the internet, many of them being through pod cast and similar other features. The show has grown in popularity rather instantly as it is the first season and there is already so much hype and recognition of the show.
The second season is scheduled to come out next year and looks even funnier than the first season. Originally I actually did not like the show after the first couple of episodes. But from the third episode onwards, it got really good and I began to like it a lot. So much so I joined fan forums of the show. The shows popularity is also growing around the world and just not in the United States of America. In countries such as Britain and Australia it has got really big and the fan base is so large. The second season preview clips look so funny, nearly as good as the first season if that is even possible. Tina Fey continues to blossom as an actress.
